How long will an order take to arrive?

Generally 3-4 working days. All goods are held in stock. Should there be any delay you will be notified by e-mail.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £6.96 per order and free on orders over £80 in the UK. Particularly small or light items will be charged at cost if it is less than the standard postage charge.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes. We ship orders worldwide. Delivery is charged at cost and sent the most economical rate. If you require a quote before ordering then let us know.

What if I am not satisfied?

We have a 100% no quibble guarantee on all products. Any item can be returned for a full refund within 14 days and in 'as new' condition.

How will my order be delivered?

Most orders are delivered by courier and require a signature on delivery. Small items will be sent Royal Mail.
