Our Guarantee

All products can be returned without reason within 14 days of receipt. This is a no quibble guarantee for your total peace of mind. Naturally, if you are not satisfied with a product then we would like to hear your comments. Note: this guarantee is applicable if goods are returned within 14 days and in acceptable condition. Specially made to order items may only be returned if damaged or faulty. Please notify us before returning goods.

Terms

Delivery is charged at £6.96 on orders unless stated. Delivery is free on any order over £80.00. Delivery is typically 3-5 working days. If there is a delay you will be notified by e-mail. Overseas and Channel Islands shipments are charged at cost. You will notice generous discounts on multiple orders - you may order different sizes of a product to attain the multiple discount e.g. 1 X 9", 1 X 13", and 1 X 15" "Trimsleeve" will attract the same level of discount as 3 X 15". All prices quoted are "each". VAT at 20% is included in all prices.

You have the right to cancel any order within seven days of your contract with us or within seven days of receipt of the order (whichever is longer). In such an instance you will have your payment returned upon safe return of the goods in unused condition. Please notify us before returning goods.

Payment

UK orders are despatched upon receipt of payment. All goods remain the property of D&M Packaging Supplies Limited until payment is made in full. Orders may be made by telephone during office hours, and by fax, web or email 24 hours a day. Visa, Master Card and Maestro accepted. We only accept payment in Sterling.
